You will need to figure out the fine details on your end but what I would try using are the MaxxTow Off-Road Lights # MT80637-2 along with 2 of the SeaSucker 4.5" Low Profile Vacuum Mount # SS44FR as they both are compatible with 1/4" mounting hardware. I was able to get ahold of my contact at Westin who said that they actually don't offer the Contour bull bar for a 2018-2019 Ford F-150 so unfortunately is doesn't look like there is a way to get your current bar to fit but we do have some alternative solutions for you.
